Greenco Fridge Bins Amazon Product Listings

The Greenco Refrigerator Stackable Organizer listing redesign focused on improving product clarity, visual quality, and conversion performance on Amazon. Working within Perch’s portfolio of e-commerce brands, the project involved redesigning listing imagery, introducing A+ content, and conducting consumer testing to create a more compelling and informative product presentation. The goal was to clearly communicate product functionality and differentiate the listing in a competitive marketplace.

OLD LISTING IMAGES

PROBLEM

  • Product listings had low conversions due to weak visual differentiation from competitors.

  • The primary listing image lacked visual impact in search results.

  • Customers frequently asked questions about the product that the imagery did not clearly answer (bin size, number of bins included, how they fit in the fridge, and what items they can store).
    – The listing lacked a complete seven-image stack to communicate features and benefits.

  • There was no A+ content to provide enhanced product storytelling.

  • Product images were low quality and visually inconsistent.

  • The team had not conducted A/B testing to validate design decisions with consumer data.

PROCESS

  • Conducted competitive analysis across similar refrigerator storage products on Amazon.

  • Reviewed customer questions, product reviews, and comments to identify missing information and common pain points.

  • Collaborated with product owners at Perch to align design improvements with sales and product strategy.

  • Utilized the consumer research platform PickFu to conduct A/B testing on listing image concepts.

  • Gathered feedback from real consumers to evaluate clarity, visual appeal, and purchase intent.

  • Iterated designs based on research insights to improve communication and visual hierarchy.

NEW LISTING IMAGES

SOLUTION

  • Developed a comprehensive brand guide to standardize visual presentation across the product listing.

  • Created a mood board to guide photography direction and product styling.

  • Produced new product photography designed specifically for ecommerce performance.

  • Designed a complete seven-image listing stack that clearly communicated size, capacity, organization benefits, and use cases.

  • Redesigned the main listing image to increase visibility and competitiveness in search results.

  • Developed enhanced A+ content modules to tell the brand story and highlight product benefits.

  • Created infographic-style visuals demonstrating how the bins fit inside refrigerators and what items they can store.

RESULTS

  • Performance data currently being compiled

  • The redesigned listing was created to improve click-through rate, conversions, and customer clarity.

  • Consumer feedback gathered through PickFu informed the final visual hierarchy and messaging strategy.

  • Updated imagery addressed common customer questions directly within the listing, reducing ambiguity about product size and functionality.

  • Future reporting will track improvements in conversion rate, product ratings, and return rates.
